The average rent price in the Enugu region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.

In the following two months the average price has fallen 50 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 157 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₦ 1,080,750 a ₦ 1,697,363.5.
