The average price in the Oyo region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Oyo has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₦ 31,488. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at ₦ 30,945 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable deflation of 67 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In December the price was the same at ₦ 16,059,063. In the following two months the average price has decreased 67 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₦ 13,713,420 to ₦ 13,793,025 during March and April.
